Thinking of renting a home or condo?

Trying to decide whether you want to buy a home in the Las Vegas Valley?  Are you considering renting a home first?  Whatever your choice may be, I'll do my best to help you!

As far as buying...yes, everything you've heard about the prices going up is true!  Unbelievable, but a fact...  When will it stop?  When will it slow down?  Naturally, no one knows.  I've been watching the market for seventeen years waiting for it to "crash", and yes, I'm still waiting!  Of course we experience a very small 'slow down' every so often...but, we always bounce back :-) 

As far as renting...yes, I will try to help you find a home for rent!  Having access to the MLS enables me to search all of the rental homes available in all areas of the Valley.
